In their 16th edition, Asian Media Awards gathered over 420 entries countries from all over Asia and the Middle East The South China Morning Post (Hong Kong), Singapore Press Holdings (Singapore) , Malayala Manorama Company Ltd (India) and Philippine Daily Inquirer (Philippines) were among the top winners WAN-IFRA's annual Asian Media Awards which were presented on 19 April in a gala ceremony hosted in Kuala Lumpur opened by Guest of honour: YAB Dato' Sri Mohd Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak, Prime Minister of Malaysia.
Selected by a jury composed of 25 international media executives from companies such as Schibsted, Axel Springer or The Evening Standard, the following projects have been awarded Asian Media Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards:
