Mandy started working for Joop van den Ende TV Productions in 1998 as a project manager for Call TV. She then joined Endemol International as Senior Project Consultant for Interactive Television. She was involved in setting up 2waytraffic, a production company that in a later stage was acquired by Sony Pictures Television (2008). Hereafter she decided to move on working for broadcasters as their Creative Director, SBS (2009) and RTL (2012). She joined Talpa to take their digital department (Talpa Global Connect) to a higher level before becoming Director OTT at TMG in 2016.
