Chani Guyot is a journalist, designer and the CEO and Publisher of RED/ACCIÓN, an Argentinian news startup. He is the founder of Next Idea Lab and the former Editor-in-Chief of Argentina's La Nación. He relinquished this role in 2017 to feed his entrepreneurial and innovative spirit with the startup of Next Idea Lab. Guyot began his career at La Nación's Sunday magazine in 1996, working as journalist and designer. He was appointed Design Director and in 2009, the company's first Innovation Director. He led the newspaper's modernisation process and move into television. Guyot studied Journalism at the University of Buenos Aires and Social Communication at Austral University, where he taught for 10 years. He holds a Media MBA from Navarra University in Spain and is a founding member of FOPEA (Argentine Journalism Forum) and the Society for News Design, SND.
