Elisa is a Brooklyn-based video artist hacking pop culture. She is currently the Executive Producer of Video at Refinery29 and a Women in Technology Fellow at NYU School of Engineering. Her 2012 US Copyright Office testimony helped win crucial exemptions to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, allowing online video to flourish across social platforms.
