Shilpa has been working with WAN-IFRA as a business analyst tracking developments in the media sector across the globe.  Prior to it, she worked as a journalist with publications like The Economic Times and Outlook Business where she tracked corporates, startups, enterprises and technology. She also had a brief stint with the Deccan Chronicle where she started off her career as a sub-editor. Shilpa holds a PG Diploma in Journalism from Asian College of Journalism, Chennai, and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from M.A College of Engineering, Kerala.
