Gautham Pai leads The Manipal Group (TMG) as its Promoter & Group Managing Director. The group publishes the Kannada language daily, Udayavani. Being the third-generation of the renowned ‘Pai family’ of Manipal, India, he took on the reins of business during his engineering education and believed in a well-charted course of modernisation, expansions, joint ventures and acquisitions in diverse segments.
