Kerstin Laute is responsible for partner acquisition, brand building and marketing strategy for the Publisher Network at BurdaForward. As part of Hubert Burda Media, BurdaForward comprises brands like FOCUS Online, CHIP, Finanzen100 and Netmoms. The Publisher Network is a key strategic project within the company and brings together publishers to jointly find answers to the challenge of digital change in the media and the supremacy of GAFA.
Before joining BurdaForward in September 2018 she was part of the The Walt Disney Company GSA in Business Development and Strategic Partnerships. Here she worked on establishing the global strategic initiative “Healthy Living” in the GSA markets with focus on marketing strategy, advertising/campaigns as well as being the counterpart for the cooperation partners.
Additionally, she was part of Disney’s EMEA Strategic Foresight Team of Futurists. This group analysis future trends and developments to support the executive board develop strategies for the company’s future.
Kerstin studied History and English at the LMU in Munich and the University of Edinburgh and held a scholarship from the Friedrich-Ebert Foundation with focus on journalism.
