Luis Balcarce (Buenos Aires, 1973) is a renowned journalist and Editor in Chief of Periodista Digital, one of the top ten most read digital publications in Spain. He studied at the University of Buenos Aires and completed a Master's Degree in Political Science, awarded by the Adenauer Foundation at ESEADE. With frequent appearances on radio and television, he is a trusted expert on the media landscape. He has been deputy director of the Rojo y Negro program on Radio 4G, as well as deputy editor of Diario Exterior and columnist for Libertad Digital. He is also the author of PRISA: Liquidación de Existencias: an insightful novel about the history of El Pais, the most famous newspaper in Spain.
