Having 31-year experience at Shanthi Gears Limited and Worked in various functions like maintenance, process planning, production planning, manufacturing, marketing & service. Presently heading service & replacement business were generating high revenue for the company. Executed various critical projects with lightning speed to put back the production at various industries. Concentrating to educate the customers about the maintenance of gearboxes at various plants like steel, cement, power, paper, sugar, etc. Conducted more than 100 seminars at various customer place in India and Globally. By using his rich expertise is in a position to provide a solution for power transmissions.
