2018 Nordic Study Tour

Join us in Scandinavia & get inspired!

In Scandinavia, publishers are planning for the post-print future. As mobile data usage goes through the roof, they are innovating, diversifying and even co-operating with each other to offer the most relevant new products. In a few weeks we will publish a special in depth report on innovation culture at Schibsted.

During this study tour we will visit the brightest minds in Copenhagen and Oslo and ask how they have transformed their companies: How do you rapidly innovate and build new products? How do you change the mindset of your staff? And how can you shift from print-centric balance-sheet, to a diversified digital business?

An unofficial part of every WAN-IFRA Study Tour agenda includes the powerful networking among your peers. A typical Study Tour draws interest from participants around the globe, and this certainly enhances the learning experience as you discuss with one another what is working - and not working - in your newsrooms. The exchange of ideas and peer-to-peer discussions remain a highlight for the participants who can takeaway new ideas to reuse back home.
