He is a business and technology executive having leadership experiences spanning from early startups and largest companies in the world. He has deep understanding of what strategy applies at what stage of the company and how it should evolve with growth of the company.

 Ajay is  "Gr Chief Product Technology Officer and Business Initiatives Officer" at HT Group. Prior to HT, Ajay was COO & CTO of Knowlarity. At OYO, as Head of Technology, he led the technology and team from scratch and powered it as company grew to become largest hotel chain in India in couple of years. Earlier, Ajay was part of marquee technology companies namely Intel, Microsoft, Adobe, Expedia, LinkedIn.
