Andrew Phelps is the new senior director of product at The Atlantic, who oversees their forthcoming portfolio of subscriber experiences. Andrew came to them from Apple News and before that he was at The New York Times, where he led their iOS news app, messaging, and personalization efforts, among other critical roles.
