Dr. Bhaskar Das is the Executive President, Dainik Bhaskar Group and Group President, Republic TV. A career spanning more than four decades, he started as a management trainee in 1980 progressing as President, Response of BCCL and subsequently with ZEE Media Corporation as Group CEO. Driving dramatic revenue growth, managing transformations in legacy companies, understanding consumer, inspiring team members and spearheading turn-around strategy are some of the things that energizes him.

Dr. Das is a recongised and certified tutor and speaker, having addressed for more than 800 hours in various industry forums and reputed B-Schools, including Harvard Business School, The Wharton School, MIT, IIM, IIAS (Shimla), MICA (Ahmedabad) and ISB. He is also a Distinguished Professor of SPJIMR and Media Lab Mentor of MICA.
