Hannu Verkasalo serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Verto Analytics Inc. Dr. Verkasalo is a successful digital entrepreneur and executive, founding Arbitron Mobile Oy in 2007 where he served as its Chief Executive Officer and Senior Vice President. He has a background in consultation with global telecom operators and technology vendors. He headed up the analytics and sales activities. He founded and successfully built several companies in the digital and online space, Zokem, the first and foremost player in the mobile analytics sector, acquired in 2011 by Arbitron Inc. (now Nielsen Audio), where he led the mobile and Internet business expanding it across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Dr. Verkasalo serves as a Director of Ceruus Oy. He holds several board roles in startups, and he as invested in high growth companies, such as Bitbar and BetterDoctor. He ran venture investments for Radar Capital. He has a Ph.D. in Mobile Analytics.
