She has over 20 years of experience working with media organizations, helping them improve business and audience performance with a focus on digital innovation. Before joining MDIF, she was vice president of UBC International, where she led consulting projects in the US, Latin America, and Central and Eastern Europe. She previously held key executive and operational roles in the successful news and media project launches in the United States and Europe, with Telemundo, SBS (Europe) and CME (Central Europe) focusing on sustainable operations in the areas of news, programming, production of brands and acquisitions. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for SembraMedia and the Jack J. Valenti School of Communications at the University of Houston.
