Philippe has twenty years of professional experience as a software team manager, academic researcher and software developer, including 5 years at Google. He holds M. Sc., Ph. D. and followed Postdoc studies in Computer Science, with research focusing on bipedal control, machine learning and physics simulation. Philippe published 20 significant scientific papers, patents or book chapters, and leads communities of 3 open source projects and of a world-wide academic workgroup. He is a founder of three corporations, including Element AI and ArcBees Consulting, and is regularly invited as speaker in many public events.
