Regina Hing (Lay) is currently Business News Editor at Cignal, overseeing coverage of markets and the economy for the local Philippine cable channel. She is also one of only two accredited Google News Initiative trainers in the country, as well as an at-large board member of Asian American Journalists Association. Regina moved back to the Philippines to serve as Head of News and Anchor at Bloomberg TV Philippines, right after a stint at Channel NewsAsia in Singapore. She holds a Masters in Business and Economic Reporting from New York University.
