Samir Fadlallah has been the CTO of SPRING Axel Springer's Digital News Media GmbH & Co. KG since February 2018, managing software development for the digital products of the BILD and WELT Group (including www.bild.de, www.welt.de) and other verticals. In addition, he has been CIO of Axel Springer SE since May 2015 and is responsible for Group IT business in this position. Samir Fadlallah has been with Axel Springer since 2008. Previously, he held executive positions at various software companies.
