Conference fee:

Regular Fee:

WAN-IFRA Members: INR 27,000 / EUR 400

Non-membres: INR 36,000 / EUR 520

Pre-Conference Workshops:(Any one workshop)

For Wan-IFRA Members participant fee: INR 15,000 / EUR 225

For Non Members participants fee: INR 15,000 / EUR 225

Add-on fee (along with conference): INR 10,000 for members, INR 15,000 for non Member / for member EUR 150 for non member EUR 225

Note: 

Please add GST 18% to the above.

Overseas participants have to pay in EURO.

Cancellations:

If the delegate cancels the registration up to 30 days prior to the event, 10% non-refundable handling fee will be charged and the balance will be refunded.

Up to 14 days before the event, 50% of the amount will be refunded.

In the last 14 days prior to the event, no reimbursement will be possible.

Note: Please add GST 18% to the above fee. Overseas delegates are requested to pay in EURO.

Fee includes participation in the conference, buffet lunches, coffee breaks and welcome dinner.
