In the next webinar hosted by the World Printers Forum we will have representatives from two suppliers talking about their challenges in the face of COVID-19. Rainer Kirschke is the Marketing Manager for Newspaper Solutions at Agfa. He manages an international team, working to keep them focused across different time zones, and will discuss his vision for the coming months. Menno Jansen is the Chairman and founder of Q.I. Press Controls. Menno will discuss how to best motivate a workforce in home office, as well as in the office, with all the current restrictions.
After the speakers have finished they will answer questions from attendees.
Rainer Kirschke
Rainer is a proud Bavarian and was educated in Printing Technology. He has been with Agfa for 31 years. He started out as product specialist PostScript, was product manager for DACH CtF/CtP, and was manager of local DACH support. He headed the Agfa Consult DACH, was manager for DACH marketing PrePress Sales, Manager NP Europe Central, sales manager NP Europe, and business manager Mobile Publishing. Rainer is currently the Marketing Manager Newspaper and a member of the World Printers Forum board.
Menno Jansen was born and raised in Amsterdam. He received his technical education in Amsterdam, completing a Bachelor degree in electrical engineering. After having worked for Quad/Tech for 8 years, he and his business partner Mr. Erik van Holten started Q.I. Press Controls in 1996. In April 2014, Q.I. Press Controls acquired EAE. Menno also serves as the chairman of the nonprofit PRIME Network organization and is a member of the World Printers Forum board.
