Executive Director, Interactive Advertising Bureau - IAB, Colombia

Business Administrator from the Universidad de Los Andes. For 13 years, she has been the Executive Director of Interactive Advertising Bureau- IAB Colombia, an international organization that promotes the development and transformation of the marketing and advertising industry in the digital era. As director of this organization, she has managed to bring together in a significant way a relevant number of associated companies, representative of the advertising and marketing market, has carried out different academic and research activities to promote the evolution of digital advertising and has managed to increase the relevance of these areas, as well as the professionalization of this industry. It has supported the creation of Diplomas in Marketing and Digital Advertising with some of the best universities in the country (CESA, Jorge Tadeo Lozano, EAFIT, ICESI, Universidad de Caldas, among others), as well as support with specific modules in undergraduate, master's degrees and specializations with Universities such as Sergio Arboleda, GSB of the Universidad del Rosario, Universidad Autónoma de Occidente and with the Universidad Externado de Colombia. In parallel and since 2020, Olga has been part of Mindersgroup, a platform for top / senior management executive education programs, dedicated to digital business and transformation, with a presence in Latin America.


For 10 years, she served as Executive Director for Colombia of the Effie Awards, the most relevant awards in the advertising industry with more than 50 years of presence in the world dedicated to promoting effective advertising. Her work highlighted Colombia as the country in Latin America with the most registered cases.


Previously, Olga worked in marketing and advertising areas of important companies such as Banco Davivienda, McCann-Erickson, El Espectador and the ANDA (National Association of Advertisers) in 26 years of work experience.


She was chosen in 2018 as one of the “Women to Watch Colombia” by P&M magazine in partnership with Adage.

 

Founder and President, Media Hotline, Spain

Enrique holds a BA in Sociology. He began his professional carreer in advertising at the media department of Univas Ibérica. At the age of 24 he was appointed Director of Media at Unitrost, and four years later, he joined Bassat Ogilvy with the same responsibility. In 1988 he moved to Madrid to direct Holos Media, the media agency of the J. Walter Thompson group. In 1992 Enrique founded Media Hotline, an advisory company focused on marketing and advertising for media companies. Always involved with professional associations and trade bodies, he founded the "Asociación de centrales de compra" ( Central Purchasing Association) with a group of professionals of his trade. He actively participates in the forums organized by AMI, through its technical commissions, as a member of the board of directors and vice president for a period of 8 years. Partner of the Advertising Academy, since 2013 he is a member of the board of directors and general secretary. He has participated in various courses and seminars on media.

Diego has over fifteen years of digital experience, working on different industries as Digital Media, TELCO, digital advertising, TV and digital startups. He is the former Digital Vice president of Canal1 and has experience in companies like Millicom- TIGO, Casa Editorial El TIEMPO, Plataforma / CIVICO, Grupo El Comercio (Perú), ClickMagic (Chile) and Millicom Digital Ventures (Sweden). He is a media and digital transformation consultant, digital entrepreneur, an associate professor of IAB (Internet Advertising Bureau). He has also been the producer of some of the most important Internet sites in Colombia and Peru and has a broad experience working in digital media companies, product development, and digital start-ups.

Over 20 years proven expertise in Marketing, Sales and Business Development in different companies and sectors such media & advertising, internet, travel, eHealth, retail, consulting and private banking. He has been an advisor and interim manager of several companies focused in the digital sector, assisting them in areas such as corporate business strategy, marketing, sales, and business development among others. Company spokesman and regular conference speaker on eCommerce and Marketing events such as "Global eCommerce Summit", "European Ecommerce Conference", "European Online Retail Forum", "BizBarcelona", "B-Travel", "Mobile Commerce Congress", "Forum TurisTic", "WebCongress" and "The eShow".

Marcos Christensen,  is Co-Founder & CCO Arena Sport / Metroarena. He currently is focused on helping Advertisers and Media Companies thrive in their process of Digital Transformation, Monetization and Audience strategies. Previously, he worked at Comscore as the South Cone Vice President. 

With more than 15 years of experience in the advertising industry, Marcos  has worked in leading companies as Carat, Ybrant Digtial and Fox Sports where he held the position of Latam Head of Sales. Prior to that, he worked as Latam Pre Sales and Biz Development at Ybrant Digital (Lycos) which represented media partners such as MSFT Advertising, Hotmail, Facebook, Fotolog and Ciudad.com. Also worked as Commercial Coordinator in local leading radio station Rock&Pop and Metro951. He started his career in Carat as media assistant and planner.
