Bob Eggington is the module leader. Bob Eggington has been a journalist for more than 40 years. He trained on local newspapers and a freelance Press Agency before joining the BBC, where he stayed for almost 30 years. He held many senior positions including head of BBC News gathering, former head of the BBC Political Unit, and the project manager for the launch of BBC News Online. He has management experience in print, broadcast and digital.  Since 2000 he has been working as digital consultant and entrepreneur. His clients have included Reuters, The British Medical Journal, the Wellcome Trust, The Foreign and Commonwealth Office and several universities.
