Editorial Director, Organización Editorial Mexicana, Mexico

Martha Ramos Sosa is the editorial director of the Organización Editorial Mexicana (OEM), the largest Mexican print media company and the largest newspaper company in Latin America. The company owns a large newswire service, it includes 70 Mexican daily newspapers, 24 radio stations and 44 websites.

She serves as a member of the World Editors Forum advisory board.

Martha is former editor, web of Publimetro Mexico and a former editorial director of Diario 24 Horas. 

Editorial Director, Group Vocento, Spain

In his capacity of Editorial Director of Vocento, Fernando is in charge creating new editorial projects and the development of these digital assets, the coordination of all the newsrooms and supervision of all the company's newspapers, including ABC and regional newspapers, as well as Colpisa, (Vocento's news agency) the newspaper supplements and magazines, both in printed and digital formats. He is a member of the executive committee of Vocento, and has played an important role in the digital transformation of all newsrooms. Previously, he was editorial director of all the ​​regional media and magazines, director of editorial innovation and development, deputy director of the Colpisa news agency. Fernando holds a BA (Hons) in Journalism at the Pontifical University of Salamanca, and he began his tenure at Vocento woking for El Correo after completing, in the year 2000, a Masters in Journalism created by the same newspaper, where he served as a teacher years later. He has lectured in several universities and presented at various international forums and was the winner in Spain of the ‘EditorsLab’, awarded by the Global EditorsNetwork in 2014. He is also the author of the novel "The written city ’.

Deputy Director, El Tiempo, Colombia

Andrés is Deputy Editor in Chief at EL TIEMPO, the leading newspaper in Colombia with the largest readership. He heads the editorial production in the newsroom and the convergence in all platforms as well as the integration with other print and digital products of El Tiempo such as ADN the daily free newspaper, and the magazines Donjuán, Aló, and Hola Colombia. He has also led other projects, as the implementation of the first podcast platform of El Tiempo, the creation of the Journalism Multimedia School, or the implementation of a new model based on analytics to satisfy audience needs. In addition to that, he has won several journalism awards as the CPB and Simón Bolívar awards in Colombia. He holds a BA Hons in Social communication and Journalism and a Masters in Political Science.
