WAN-IFRA COVID-19 Training & Data Challenge 2020

At risk of being overwhelmed by the deluge of information during this Covid-19 global pandemic, journalists need to find new ways of telling stories and be able to find stories buried deep within data.

In just four sessions held between 27 April and 13 May 2020, acquire fundamental skills in data journalism and master the tools for in-depth data storytelling. Participants will learn how to make sense of data and use online information to identify, tell and visualize stories for their digital platforms. Be guided through the best practices and pick up useful tips from case studies and additional one-to-one coaching sessions.

Then in the fifth and final webinar, vote your favourite as the top 3 entries in the Covid-19 Data Challenge vie for honours to win attractive prizes! Register to receive the webinar link for the project showcase on Thursday 2 July 020, 1030-1145h SIN/HK time HERE.
