Senior Social Editor and Digital News Editor, Bloomberg Asia-Pacific
Adam Rollason is a senior editor in Bloomberg’s Hong Kong-based digital team, which is responsible for growing audiences in the region across bloomberg.com, mobile apps, and social media.
Previously, Adam was based in Sydney as Head of Audience Engagement at the Australian Financial Review. He has also worked as a digital editor and reporter, and before that as a radio and TV journalist.
Head of Audience Development, ABS-CBN News Digital, Philippines
Arlene Burgos is Head of Audience Development in ABS-CBN News Digital since July 2017, and editor of the website Patrol.PH, the Filipino news site of ABS-CBN, launched May 2017. She also lectures on Journalism and Social Media at the Ateneo de Manila University.
She was Head of ABS-CBN News' citizen journalism project in 2009, then Head of Social Media and Mobile from 2010 to 2017, helping put up special websites and build digital communities, mainly through social media. These communities are currently among the biggest in the Philippines.
She also led in the development of multi-awarded social and mobile products containing news content such as an election app used in the 2013 elections, and the Social Media Center of her news organization for the 2016 elections.
She is alumna of the Asia Center for Journalism-Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the Asia Journalism Fellowship in Singapore, and the Senior Journalists Seminar by the Hawaii-based East-West Center.

Liu Mun Yin is Search Director at Wavemaker in Hong Kong. His previous roles include Digital Marketing Director at South China Morning Post, Online Product & Marketing Manager at Haymarket Media Group and Marketing Manager for CNNGo. He has acquired a wealth of experience from agencies and brands, in both Asia and the UK where he is from. Aside from those in the media industry, he has also worked for brands such as Xerox, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Nord Anglia Education, Cisco and Huawei.
He is a seasoned digital marketing professional and strategic thinker who has worked through the transition from online marketing to digital marketing. His core philosophy is based around performance-based intent marketing, such as search and interest targeting. Technical knowledge includes SEO, SEM, social media, affiliates, email, PPC, price comparison, display advertising and analytics.

Novita Santoso serves Head of Audience Development at IDN Media and is based in Surabaya. For the last five years, she has been handling various digital marketing responsibilities at IDN Media including content distribution, social media, digital ads and search engine optimisation (SEO). Prior to join IDN Media, she worked as a book editor for two years, before moving to a local branding agency in Surabaya as a member of its research and development team for two-and-a-half years.
