Enrique holds a BA in Sociology. He began his professional carreer in advertising at the media department of Univas Ibérica. At the age of 24 he was appointed Director of Media at Unitrost, and four years later, he joined Bassat Ogilvy with the same responsibility. In 1988 he moved to Madrid to direct Holos Media, the media agency of the J. Walter Thompson group. In 1992 Enrique founded Media Hotline, an advisory company focused on marketing and advertising for media companies.
Always involved with professional associations and trade bodies, he founded the "Asociación de centrales de compra" ( Central Purchasing Association) with a group of professionals of his trade. He actively participates in the forums organized by AMI, through its technical commissions, as a member of the board of directors and vice president for a period of 8 years. Partner of the Advertising Academy, since 2013 he is a member of the board of directors and general secretary.
He has participated in various courses and seminars on media.
