Lea Eberle has been Project Officer and Head of Strategy at EqualVoice since 2020. She began her career at Ringier in 2016, working in a number of financial roles. Eberle studied banking and finance at the University of Zurich. Lea will present on the new initiative by the Ringier Group titled "EqualVoice" which it aims to increase the visibility of women in the media and give them an equal voice.
