The goal of this program is to give the participants unique insights in the process of managing newsroom change processes around digital and to provide them with the tools to start dealing with their own newsroom. The workshop will provide several examples and cases from different types of newsrooms around the world who have recently undergone significant change.

The workshop will use their experience to build a clear pathway of how best to lead in difficult times.
