Chief Operating Officer, NPM (NPR), USA
Bryan Moffett is Chief Operating Officer of National Public Media (NPM), a subsidiary of NPR owned in partnership with PBS and WGBH. Moffett spearheads NPM's strategic planning focused on securing corporate support for the future of NPR, PBS, and the public media system; manages acquisitions and partnerships; and provides ongoing thought leadership in the development of new sponsorship offerings. Moffett joined NPM in 2008 and has served public media for more than a decade.
Before being named COO in November 2016, Moffett served as the General Manager of NPM. Under his direction as GM, NPM achieved more than 50% growth in NPR corporate sponsorship, with eight-fold growth in the NPR podcast business alone (2014-2016). He rebuilt NPM's regional sales model with Member stations and established an award-winning NPM digital products team producing some of the highest-performing digital ads among premium publishers. His team's integration of sponsorship into the new NPR Player was recognized with the 2016 Digiday Award for "Best Brand Platform."
Moffett joined NPR in 2005 as a Digital Media Marketing Analyst, focused on building traffic and audience to NPR.org through new partnerships with organizations such as Google, Yahoo, and Slate. In 2006, he led the creation of digital sponsorship at NPR and has worked in concert with NPR's digital media teams to build sponsorship models for the launch of NPR's iPhone apps, the NPR iPad app and NPR podcasting.
Moffett's work and advocacy has helped establish a sustainable business model for the podcasting medium at large. As a member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Podcast Working Group and other industry efforts, Moffett has advocated for informed, standardized podcast measurement to help prepare the industry for dramatic growth.
For his contributions to advancing the digital ad operations industry and ongoing leadership in the field, Admonsters honored Moffett with a Digital Media Leadership Award in 2017.
Prior to joining NPR / NPM, Moffett spent his early career managing editorial publications and digital/IT infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in News-Editorial from West Virginia University.

Luis Enríquez Nistal (1971) holds a degree in economics and business from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and has been Chief Executive Officer of Vocento since July 2011.
Luis Enríquez joined Unedisa Editorial in 2000 as Managing Director of the regional editions, where he rescaled and centralised the management of the six business units. In 2007 he was appointed Director General of the company, which publishes Marca, El Mundo, Expansión and other titles. During this time, he was responsible for the integration of publications from Grupo Recoletos following the merger with Unidad Editorial. He managed two restructuring processes in 2009 and 2010 and was the driving force behind the launch of the Orbyt platform.
At Vocento he has focused on ensuring the editorial independence of the print and digital newspapers, which are the core of the business. He has restored profitability, increased circulation margins and accelerated digitalisation across all the publications. Vocento is the first publishing company in Spain to launch premium subscription services, with all its regional newspapers delivering ON+ paid services to digital subscribers.

Dorthe Bjerregaard-Knudsen is COO at JP/Politikens Hus, one of Denmark's leading media companies in printed and digital publications. JP/Politikens Hus publishes three of Denmark’s leading national news brands; Ekstra Bladet, Jyllands-Posten and Politiken. The group’s activities also include local newspapers in Denmark and Sweden, a publishing house, operation and development of a range of digital activities and news services as well as other business areas.
Prior to joining JP/Politikens Hus Dorthe Bjerregaard-Knudsen was Managing Director at OMD Denmark. Before that, Dorthe held a number different positions at Omnicom Media Group; amongst others she was Managing Director of Insight Group.
Dorthe holds a master’s degree in Economics & Business Administration Economic Marketing from Copenhagen Business School.

Ana is Head of Digital Product Director at Prisa Radio, where she leads all digital product development in Spain and Latin America. She co-founded two start-ups: Cuonda and Tablet Army. Cuonda is a podcast platform for the Spanish speaking community, an initiative that has been awarded with GNI funding. One of Cuonda's productions, The Three Deaths of my father, received in 2018 an "Ondas" Award and on the same year it was regarded the Best podcast of 2018 by Apple. Ana has been also a Partner at Prodigioso Volcan, a consulting firm focused on communication strategies where she has led Digital Transformation projects for clients such as El País, Diario de Cuba or El Universal (Mexico).
Ana obtained a BA at University of Navarra, and has been a Visiting Scholar for the Science Technolgy and Society Programme at Stanford University, and a Fellow at the Tow-Knight Center for Entrepreneurial Journalism (CUNY). She is also an Associate professor for Entrepreneurial journalism at the University of San Pablo CEU (Madrid) while leads the Spanish chapter of Hacks & Hackers in Madrid.

Leilani Han is the Director of Business Development & Partnerships at Wirecutter, a New York Times company. In this role, she is focused on driving strategy for affiliate revenue, licensing, programmatic and other strategic partnerships. During her tenure, she has diversified direct partnerships with dozens of brands and strengthened existing core partnerships, while overseeing the success of deal and tentpole events in conjunction with other Wirecutter leaders. This work has helped the product-recommendation company significantly grow affiliate revenue year over year. Leilani has over 15 years of experience, beginning her career at Nielsen's online division before pivoting to focus on affiliate marketing over the last dozen years. She has specialized in commerce content since 2016.
