Hernán began his digital career in HAM RADIO, an offline internet service provider. In 1999 he entered Compaq LA in order to build and implement the E-Business in Latin America. Afterwards, he worked in Collectivemind Inc. as the Vice President of Business Development for the region and the hispanic market in the USA.
In 2001 he founded ‘Technology for Solutions’, a project that focuses in Content Management System (CMS) for digital media. Participating in more than 50 projects of the segment, he currently serves as CEO, Product Director and media consultant in the region. Hernán Marsili has a degree in Applied Psychology specializing in Marketing. He graduated from the University of Palermo in Buenos Aires.

Juan Manuel Lucero coordinates the Google News Lab for South America. He is a consultant in Digital Marketing Strategy, Digital Communication and Strategy in Social Networks. He hosted and directed the television program "Negocios Digitales". He is a columnist for TV and radio technology. He works with organizations and companies in Latin America and Spain helping them to rethink about their digital strategy, connect their on / off channels, assemble digital action plans and train CEOs, managers and operational teams to improve the positioning and visibility of their online actions. He developed the concept of "Digital Philosophy", which allows companies to implement an innovative work methodology for teams that also multiplies the profitability of their digital business.
Entrepreneur in business linked to technology and digital communication. He leaded the Diploma in Digital Marketing at Blas Pascal University (Argentina) from 2008 to 2016. From 2002 to 2011 he directed the digital marketing agency INNOVA. He has given conferences in Argentina, Spain, Mexico, Chile and Costa Rica. In 2012 he was recognized as "Best co-founder" at The Next Web Latin American Awards. He obtained the Google Argentina Scholarship / Pompeu Fabra University (2011) and the Fundación Carolina scholarship for the Complutense University of Madrid (2013). He is part of the founding team, manager and organizer of TEDxCórdoba and mentor of Argentine accelerators and incubators.
