Ingeborg Heldal is the Editor in Chief of KK, KK.no and Topp. She worked as a journalist in TV, radio and print and in digital publications for the last 14 years.
She was the Editor-in-Chief of Cosmopolitan, Side2.no and worked with many influencers.
Ingeborg also hosts her own radioshow and podcasts.

Christoph Tonini (CH/I/1969) has been Chief Executive Officer of Tamedia since January 2013. He joined Tamedia in April 2003 as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Board. In recent years he has headed, among others, the Services, Newspapers Switzerland, Media Switzerland and most recently the Digital & 20 Minuten Division. He was also Deputy CEO from 2007. Before joining Tamedia, Christoph Tonini held various positions for Ringier between 1998 and 2003. Ultimately, he held the position of Head of Ringier Hungary and Romania. Christoph Tonini completed an MBA at St. Gallen University from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, he completed an apprenticeship in offset printing and studied at the Swiss Engineering School for Printing and Packaging (esig) in Lausanne from 1990 to 1993.

Stefan is Managing Director for the digital activities of Axel Springer’s media brands in Germany, covering the leading news brands BILD and WELT, the special interest portals SportBILD.de, ComputerBILD.de, AutoBILD.de and various content verticals like stylebook, travelbook and techbook. He is responsible for product and monetization strategy across all digital platforms.
Before joining BILD in 2009, Stefan was Co-Founder and Managing Partner at a digital media agency and worked in various leading roles at AOL and Bertelsmann. Stefan has 16 years work experience indigital media and holds a master degree in Business and Marketing.

Paul Smurl joined Some Spider in May 2015. The Start-Up is launching and operating multiple identity-based digital brands each anchored by relevant content, community and soon commerce.
Smurl spent the last ten years at The New York Times in digital product development, paid content, advertising sales, strategic planning and business development roles. The latest is as general manager, core digital products, managing the performance and product evolution of core web and mobile products.

Anette Novak is the former CEO of Rise Interactive, a Swedish ICT and design research institute focusing on interaction design and UX. Novak is also a member of the Tinius Trust Board of Directors since April 2017, vice president of Fojo Media institute and former board member of the World Editors Forum. In 2015-2016 she led a Media Policy Inquiry on behalf of the Swedish Government. She has a solid background from different managerial positions within the media sector. Until 2012, she was editor-in-chief of the regional media house Norran, where she attracted global attention for having launched collaborative journalism.

Since July 2014 Grossman-Cohen has served in a number of roles at The New York Times. She started out at NYT as a Managing Director, Marketing New Digital Products and Mobile. Before this position, she was employed by News Corporation as the Vice President, Partner Relations. Currently, she is both the Vice President, Audience + Platforms at The New York Times and co-chair, NYT Women's Network.
Grossman-Cohen holds a Bachelor's degree from Tufts University and received her Master's of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Laure Bezault has been Deputy Director of TV at L'Equipe since 2016. She participated in the restructuring and editorial repositioning of the L'Equipe channel. The channel, first launched in 1998 on cable and satellite, has been broadcasting free-to-air since 2013. Since 2015, it has more than doubled its audience, raising revenue significantly while controlling costs. It is now the first sports television channel in France, the only one free-to-air. It forms part of the full editorial offer of Groupe l'Equipe, with a print and digital offer, daily and magazine.
Laure Bezault previously held the position of Secretary General of iTélé (Canal + Group's news channel) for 5 years. Previously, she was Editor in Chief for a local television channel, Nantes 7. She began her career at LCI (news channel of the TF1 group), as a journalist specialising in economic issues, after a University degree in Economics and a Masters in Media Management at ESCP-EAP.

In her position, Colamussi is responsible for development of digital product at Corriere della Sera: website, mobile and video. She also develops online communication strategy to help the site reach a far greater audience, to identify and implement new business strategy with the aim of monetising content and audience for the news. In addition, she develops social communication activities to spread the brand and its content, to meet followers, fans and other online communities. She also produces new video formats for online audience, as well as manages mobile strategy to develop new formats, applications, commercial initiative. Colamussi is also responsible for managing all media partnerships and events dedicated to the Corriere della Sera digital product.

A veteran digital leader in local media, Eric works as a consultant and trainer to news organizations navigating change. He was most recently managing editor for digital operations at the Philadelphia Media Network, the publisher of The Inquirer, Daily News and Philly.com, where he oversaw visual journalism, content management tools and training and helped lead a top-to-bottom reorganization of the newsroom last year. He joined the company in 2014 as executive director of digital strategy before moving into the newly unified newsroom in 2016 to oversee digital efforts. He previously led digital news and product development at The Seattle Times and held a number of digital roles at the Los Angeles Times, where he co-founded the paper's award-winning Data Desk. He has taught journalism at the University of Southern California and the University of British Columbia and was a 2013 fellow in the Sulzberger Leadership Program at Columbia University.

Since 2015, Gilles Corbineau is Director of e-business and digital subscriptions at Le Figaro. He participated in launching and developing Le Figaro Premium. Previously, Corbineau was head of CRM and Data for the group.
Prior to Le Figaro, he contributed in developing Firstream, a start-up specialized in commercializing paid subscriptions, and he was a consultant at Andersen Business Consulting.
Corbineau began his career in the U.K. and the U.S. in the media industry, after earning his business degree in France at ESC Rouen and his MBA in the U.K. at the University of Hull.

Morgan joined Newsquest from Trinity Mirror where he was Digital Innovation Director, and he has previously held positions as Commercial Development Director, Local World and Head of Display at Johnston Press. He started his career in advertising sales and has a degree in Engineering from the University of Leeds.

Gordon Edall is currently the Director of Globe Labs at The Globe and Mail as well as the Corporate Security Officer for Canada's national newspaper.
In his innovation role, he heads up a program with a joint mandate to accelerate innovation by enabling entrepreneurial employees to do what they think needs done while also tapping into the start-up ecosystem to find up and coming companies to partner with. In building out the incubation program now called Lab351, an identity for the Lab has emerged centred around the intersection of User Experience and Machine Learning.
Prior to his work developing Lab351, Gordon worked in the data science group at The Globe And Mail and managed the build out of an advanced analytic stack including the predictive modeling and recommendation systems the company relies on today. Rolf Dyrnes Svendsen is Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Global Alliance for Media Innovation (GAMI) founded in January 2015 by WAN-IFRA, the World Association of Newspaper and News Publishers. He is Editor of Adresseavisen, Norway’s fifth largest news- and advertising mediahouse. With ten additonal local newspapers situated in the mid-Norway, Adresseavisen is by far the largest compamy and the digital powerhouse of Polaris Media Group. Rolf is also Editor/director at the Polaris Media Lab. The Medialab, located in Trondheim, is supporting more than 30 newspapers in the Polaris Media Group, providing software development and maintainence for editorial and commercial purposes. The Medialab works closely with Schibsted’s digital development units with co-location of development teams at Schibsted Tech Polska’s Krakow operations. Rolf is also Chairman of the board of NxtMedia since 2011.
